Returns Policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@odddrops.gr. Please note that returns should be sent to the following address:
Bogari 0, Porto Rafti, Markopoulo Mesogaias, 19023, Greece

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Costs are borne by the customer. The return is made by any courier other than ELTA. Products sent to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not Greece, shipping your products may take longer than expected.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us immediately if the product is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong product so that we can assess the problem and rectify it.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have any questions or concerns about this item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept rebates or gift cards.

 

Withdraw

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the product you have and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new product.

14-day withdraw period in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are sent to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your product must be in the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we receive and review your return to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
